Flow harmonics and mean $p_{\mathrm{T}}$ correlations in 5.02 TeV Pb+Pb and p+Pb collisions with the ATLAS detector / Burka, Klaudia (AGH University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Physics and Applied Computer Science, Krakow) ; Trzupek, Adam (Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences, Krakow) ; Bold, Tomasz (AGH University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Physics and Applied Computer Science, Krakow) /ATLAS Collaboration
Recently collected data by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC offer opportunities to explore dynamic properties of quark-gluon plasma. A new tool to study these properties is the modified Pearson's correlation coefficient, $\rho$. [...]

Searches for electroweak production of supersymmetric particles involving the Higgs boson and the higgsino with ATLAS / Alonso, Francisco (Universidad National de La Plata (UNLP)) /ATLAS Collaboration
Fine-tuning arguments suggest the mass of the supersymmetric partner of the Higgs boson, the higgsino, is not too far from the weak scale.  The search for higgsinos represents an experimental challenge due to the near mass-degeneracy resulting in soft decay products, and the low production cross section. This talk presents recent ATLAS results of analyses explicitly targeting the higgsino with a variety of experimental techniques, as well as searches for electroweak production of supersymmetric particles in final states involving the Higgs boson..

ATLAS Open Data: Using Education Resources Effectively / Haaland, Even Simonsen (University of Oslo) ; Sanchez Pineda, Arturo Rodolfo (INFN Gruppo Collegato di Udine, Dipartimento Politecnico di Ingegneria ed Architettura, Universita' di Udine, Udine) /ATLAS Collaboration
Perform data analysis and visualisation on your own computer? Yes, you can! Commodity computers are now very powerful in comparison to only a few years ago. On top of that, the performance of today's software and data development techniques facilitates complex computation with fewer resources. [...]

Rare and lepton-flavour-violating Higgs boson decays in ATLAS / Marchiori, Giovanni (Laboratoire de Physique Nucleaire et de Hautes Energies (LPNHE), Sorbonne Universite, Paris-Diderot Sorbonne Paris Cite, CNRS/IN2P3) /ATLAS Collaboration
The Standard Model predicts several rare Higgs boson decay channels, which have not yet been observed. Among these are decays to second-generation leptons and quarks, H→mumu and H→cc, as well as decays to a Z boson and a photon, H->Zgamma. [...]

Review of ATLAS results on heavy ion collisions. / Kuleshov, Sergey (Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria) /ATLAS Collaboration
The experimental data collected by the ATLAS experiment provide a broad physics program for studying the properties of de-confined strongly interacting matter, often referred to as “quark gluon plasma” (QGP), created in ultra-relativistic nuclear collisions. The large acceptance and high granularity of the detector is well suited to perform detailed analyses on bulk phenomena, electroweak probes, quarkonia, charged particles and jets. [...]

A High-Granularity Timing Detector for the Phase-II upgrade of the ATLAS Calorimeter system / Leopold, Alexander (Laboratoire de Physique Nucleaire et de Hautes Energies (LPNHE), Sorbonne Universite, Paris-Diderot Sorbonne Paris Cite, CNRS/IN2P3) /ATLAS Collaboration
The increase of the particle flux (pile-up) at the HL-LHC with luminosities of L ≃ 7.5 × 1034 cm−2 s-1 will have a severe impact on the ATLAS detector reconstruction and trigger performance. The end-cap and forward region where the liquid Argon calorimeter has coarser granularity and the inner tracker has poorer momentum resolution will be particularly affected. [...]

Developing Jet Vertex Tagger in larger pT range using neural network / Xiang, Jianhuan (Hong Kong University of Science and Technology) /ATLAS Collaboration
The Jet Vertex Tagger (JVT) is designed for separating Hard-Scattering Jets from Pileup Jets, using machine learning techniques. Originally, a KNN-based algorithm was trained for the classification of the jet with in a pT range (20-50 GeV). [...]
