DT hit efficiency measurements with reduced high voltage
/CMS Collaboration
Efficiency measurements were carried out on the CMS Drift Tubes (DT) applying anode High Voltage lower than nominal. The "HV scans", performed periodically with cosmic rays, allowed to exclude detector ageing during Run 2, and also to assess the effect of lowering the Front End threshold. [...]

ECAL 2018 refined calibration and Preshower Run 2 performance plots
/CMS Collaboration
Many physics analyses using the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) detector at the LHC require accurate, high resolution electron and photon energy measurements. Following the excellent performance achieved in Run I at center-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV, the CMS electromagnetic calorimeter (ECAL) is operating at the LHC with proton-proton collisions at 13 TeV center-of-mass energy. [...]

Emittance scans comparison with LHC wire scanner
/CMS Collaboration
High-luminosity production at the LHC is closely linked to the size of the transverse beam emittance. However emittance measurement is challenging. [...]

Efficiency of the Pixel sensors used in the Precision Proton Spectrometer:
radiation damage
/CMS Collaboration
The Precision Proton Spectrometer (PPS) is a forward-proton spectrometer
using near-beam detectors (inside Roman Pots, RPs) located symmetrically
on both sides of IP5 at a distance of about 220 m. In 2017 (2018) two
(four) RPs were equipped with with 3D pixel sensors, which
by the end of Run-II collected $\sim$100/fb.
This note describes the method
used to evaluate the effect of the non-uniform irradiation on the readout chip, and
its consequences on the efficiency..

Time resolution of the diamond sensors used in the Precision Proton
Spectrometer
/CMS Collaboration
The Precision Proton Spectrometer (PPS) is a forward-proton spectrometer
using near-beam detectors (inside Roman Pots, RPs) located symmetrically
on both sides of IP5 at a distance of about 220 m. In addition to the
tracking system, timing detectors were installed in 2017 to measure the
Time-Of-Flight (TOF) of the protons produced in central exclusive
interactions. [...]

CMS ECAL trigger plots
/CMS Collaboration
This note presents the performance of the ECAL trigger primitive algorithms in LHC Run 2, focusing on the reconstruction of signal amplitudes in the ECAL barrel and endcaps, and the rejection of anomalous signals in the ECAL barrel photodetectors. Results are also presented on potential improvements in these algorithms that are being considered for LHC Run 3..
