Neural network-based algorithm for the identification of bottom quarks in the CMS Phase-2 Level-1 trigger /CMS Collaboration
The Phase-2 upgrade of the CMS detector for the High Luminosity upgrade of the LHC (HL-LHC) includes the introduction of many new capabilities into the Level-1 trigger, including tracking and the new high- granularity calorimeter. Tracking performances for charged pions with Run2 Legacy data /CMS Collaboration
In this note the tracking efficiency measurement results are shown for legacy data collected in Run2. The charged pion relative efficiency is measured with an indirect method from the reconstruction of two decay chains $D^* \to D^0 \pi \to K \pi \pi_{slow}$ and $D^* \to D^0\pi \to K3\pi \pi_{slow}$ in data and MonteCarlo. The uncertainty of this measurement will be systematic uncertainty associated to the charged hadron reconstruction in CMS..
