Models with (broken) $\mathbb{Z}$$_{2}$ symmetries / Robens, Tania (Boskovic Inst., Zagreb ; CERN)
I discuss the allowed parameter space as well as collider prospects of several new physics models containing (broken) $\mathbb{Z}$$_{2}$ symmetries. I focus on effects of current constraints on these, and touch on several future collider options..

Gegenbauer's Twin / Durieux, Gauthier (CERN) ; McCullough, Matthew (CERN) ; Salvioni, Ennio (U. Padua, Dept. Phys. Astron. ; INFN, Padua)
In Twin Higgs models the dominant source of fine-tuning is the cancellation of order $v^2/f^2$ required to obtain a Standard Model-like Higgs, where $v$ and $f$ are the electroweak and new physics scales, respectively. Recently proposed Gegenbauer Goldstone models naturally realise $v^2/f^2 \ll 1$ and hence remove this source of fine-tuning. [...]

Singlet channel scattering in a Composite Higgs model on the lattice / Drach, Vincent (Plymouth U.) ; Fritzsch, Patrick (Plymouth U. ; Trinity Coll., Dublin) ; Rago, Antonio (Plymouth U. ; CERN) ; Romero-López, Fernando (Valencia U., IFIC)
We present the first calculation of the scattering amplitude in the singlet channel beyond QCD. The calculation is performed in $SU(2)$ gauge theory with $N_f=2$ fundamental Dirac fermions and based on a finite-volume scattering formalism. [...]

Dark radiation constraints on light primordial black holes / Auffinger, Jérémy (IP2I, Lyon) ; Arbey, Alexandre (IP2I, Lyon ; CERN ; IUF, Paris) ; Sandick, Pearl (Utah U.) ; Haghi, Barmak Shams Es (Utah U.) ; Sinha, Kuver (Oklahoma U.)
Light black holes could have formed in the very early universe through the collapse of large primordial density fluctuations. These primordial black holes (PBHs), if light enough, would have evaporated by now because of the emission of Hawking radiation; thus they could not represent a sizable fraction of dark matter today. Discrete R-symmetry, various energy scales, and gravitational waves / Choi, Gongjun (CERN) ; Lin, Weikang (Shanghai Jiao Tong U.) ; Yanagida, Tsutomu T. (Shanghai Jiao Tong U. ; Tokyo U.)
We present a supersymmetric model where energy scales of a discrete $R$-symmetry breaking ($Z_{6R}$) and cosmic inflation are commonly attributed to the confinement scale of a hidden $Sp(2)$ strong dynamics. Apart from these, SUSY-breaking scale, the Higgsino mass and the right-handed neutrino masses are all shown to stem from $Z_{6R}$ breaking scale inferred from CMB observables. [...]

Gravitational portals in the early Universe / Clery, Simon (IJCLab, Orsay) ; Mambrini, Yann (IJCLab, Orsay ; CERN) ; Olive, Keith A. (Minnesota U., Theor. Phys. Inst.) ; Verner, Sarunas (Minnesota U., Theor. Phys. Inst.)
We consider the production of matter and radiation during reheating after inflation, restricting our attention solely to gravitational interactions. Processes considered are the exchange of a graviton, $h_{\mu \nu}$, involved in the scattering of the inflaton or particles in the newly created radiation bath. [...]

Top-pair production at the LHC with MiNNLO$_{\rm PS}$ / Mazzitelli, Javier (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) ; Monni, Pier Francesco (CERN) ; Nason, Paolo (INFN, Milan Bicocca) ; Re, Emanuele (INFN, Milan Bicocca ; Annecy, LAPTH) ; Wiesemann, Marius (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) ; Zanderighi, Giulia (Munich, Max Planck Inst. ; Tech. U., Munich (main))
We consider the production of a pair of heavy quarks and illustrate the derivation of the MiNNLO method to match next-to-next-to-leading order calculations with parton showers (NNLO+PS) for this class of processes. As a first application, we construct an event generator for the fully differential simulation of hadronic top-quark pair production at NNLO+PS and discuss all details of its implementation in a parton shower Monte Carlo framework. The seeds of EFT double copy / Bonnefoy, Quentin (DESY) ; Durieux, Gauthier (CERN) ; Grojean, Christophe (DESY ; Humboldt U., Berlin) ; Machado, Camila S. (DESY) ; Roosmale Nepveu, Jasper (Humboldt U., Berlin)
We explore the double copy of effective field theories (EFTs), in the recently proposed generalized color-kinematics and Kawai-Lewellen-Tye (KLT) approaches. In the former, we systematically construct scalar numerators satisfying the Jacobi identities from simpler numerator "seeds" with trace-like permutation properties. [...]

We study the on-shell version of the Higgs mechanism in effective theories (EFTs) containing particles of different spins, focusing on contact terms as a simple starting point. We derive the massive contact terms and their coefficients from the massless amplitudes of the EFT above the symmetry breaking scale, by covariantizing the massless contact terms under the massive little group.
