Angular analysis of $ {B}^0\to {D}^{\ast -}{D}_s^{\ast +} $ with $ {D}_s^{\ast +}\to {D}_s^{+}\gamma $ decays / LHCb Collaboration
The first full angular analysis of the $B^0 \to D^{*-} D_s^{*+}$ decay is performed using 6 fb$^{-1}$ of $pp$ collision data collected with the LHCb experiment at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. The $D_s^{*+} \to D_s^+ \gamma$ and $D^{*-} \to \bar{D}^0 \pi^-$ vector meson decays are used with the subsequent $D_s^+ \to K^+ K^- \pi^+$ and $\bar{D}^0 \to K^+ \pi^-$ decays. [...]

First measurement of the $C\!P$-violating phase in ${{B} ^0_{s}} \!\rightarrow {{J /\psi }} (\rightarrow e ^+e ^-$)$\phi $ decays / LHCb Collaboration
A flavour-tagged time-dependent angular analysis of $B^0_s\to J/\psi\phi$ decays is presented where the $J/\psi$ meson is reconstructed through its decay to an $e^+e^-$ pair. The analysis uses a sample of $pp$ collision data recorded with the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of $7$ and $8$ TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3$ fb$^{-1}$. [...]

Angular analysis of the rare decay $B_s^0\to\phi\mu^+\mu^-$ / LHCb Collaboration
The abstract for the paper is An angular analysis of the rare decay $B^0_s\rightarrow\phi\mu^+\mu^-$ is presented, using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of $7$, $8$ and $13~\rm{TeV}$, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 8.4~$\rm{fb}^{-1}$. The observables describing the angular distributions of the decay $B^0_s\rightarrow\phi\mu^+\mu^-$ are determined in regions of $q^2$, the square of the dimuon invariant mass. [...]

Observation of new excited ${B} ^0_{s} $ states / LHCb Collaboration
A structure is observed in the $B^+K^-$ mass spectrum in a sample of proton--proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV, collected with the LHCb detector and corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9 fb${}^-1$. The structure is interpreted as the result of overlapping excited $B_s^0$ states. [...]

Observation of a $\Lambda_b^0-\overline{\Lambda}_b^0$ production asymmetry in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 7 \textrm{ and } 8\,\textrm{TeV}$ / LHCb Collaboration
This article presents differential measurements of the asymmetry between $\Lambda_b^0$ and $\overline{\Lambda}_b^0$ baryon production rates in proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of $\sqrt{s}=7$ and $8\,\textrm{TeV}$ collected with the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $3\,\textrm{fb}^{-1}$. The $\Lambda_b^0$ baryons are reconstructed through the inclusive semileptonic decay $\Lambda_b^0\rightarrow\Lambda_c^+\mu^-\overline{\nu}_{\mu}X$. [...]

A search is performed for rare and forbidden charm decays of the form $D_{(s)}^+ \to h^\pm \ell^+ \ell^{(\prime)\mp}$, where $h^\pm$ is a pion or kaon and $\ell^{(')\pm}$ is an electron or muon. The measurements are performed using proton-proton collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $1.6\text{fb}^{-1}$, collected by the LHCb experiment in 2016. [...]

Charged-particle multiplicity fluctuations in Pb–Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm {NN}}}$  = 2.76 TeV / ALICE Collaboration
Measurements of event-by-event fluctuations of charged-particle multiplicities in Pb–Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm {NN}}}$  $=$ 2.76 TeV using the ALICE detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) are presented in the pseudorapidity range $|\eta |<0.8$ and transverse momentum $0.2< p_{\mathrm{T}} < 2.0$ GeV/c. The amplitude of the fluctuations is expressed in terms of the variance normalized by the mean of the multiplicity distribution. [...]

K$^{0}_{\rm S}$- and (anti-)$\Lambda$-hadron correlations in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV / ALICE Collaboration
Two-particle azimuthal correlations are measured with the ALICE apparatus in pp collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV to explore strangeness- and multiplicity-related effects in the fragmentation of jets and the transition regime between bulk and hard production, probed with the condition that a strange meson (K$^{0}_{\rm S}$) or a baryon ($\Lambda$) with transverse momentum $p_{\rm T} > 3$ GeV/c is produced. Azimuthal correlations between kaons or $\Lambda$ hyperons with other hadrons are presented at midrapidity for a broad range of the trigger ($3 < p_{\rm T}^{\rm trigg} < 20$ GeV/$c$) and associated particle $p_{\rm T}$ (1 GeV/$c$ $< p_{\rm T}^{\rm assoc} < p_{\rm T}^{\rm trigg}$), for minimum-bias events and as a function of the event multiplicity. Energy dependence of $\phi $ meson production at forward rapidity in pp collisions at the LHC / ALICE Collaboration
The production of $\phi$ mesons has been studied in pp collisions at LHC energies with the ALICE detector via the dimuon decay channel in the rapidity region $2.5 < y < 4$. Measurements of the differential cross section ${\rm d}^2\sigma/{\rm d}y {\rm d}p_{\rm T}$ are presented as a function of the transverse momentum ($p_{\rm T}$) at the center-of-mass energies $\sqrt{s}=5.02$, 8 and 13 TeV and compared with the ALICE results at midrapidity.
